Game of Thrones: The BEST - Tyrion Lannister

He has a tender spot in his heart for cripples, bastards, and broken things.

Hands down the BEST character on Game of Thrones. He's smart, he's clever, he's intelligent, and he's far less redundant than I am. Looked down on, mocked, and living amongst the tallest, blondest, most scandinavian family out there, Tyrion knows he's lucky to have been born to in to a noble house. Otherwise, he'd have been cast out as a child.

Peter Dinklage is far more attractive than the Tyrion described in the book, although if truth be told, he can't quite pull off natural blonde. But perhaps that's for the best.

Not only is Tyion the most intelligent character, he's also the funniest. He's got some of the best lines and there's always truth at the heart of what he says. He sees to the core of people, recognizing what they think of him and what they think of themselves. He's incredibly empathetic toward all the other characters who find themselves outsiders in some way, and more often then not, he does them a kindness or grants them helpful advice.

He's got the lion's share (see what I did there?) of daddy drama in the Lannister clan. And probably some deep seeded self esteem issues thanks to his douchehat father and sister. (Jamie is actually quite fond of him, one of the things that makes Jamie a terribly interesting character.)

Are there t-shirts yet that say Tyrion for President? Because there should be and I want one.
